Emotional Intelligence in virtual Leadership
Dear Participant,
thank you for your interest in my survey. As part of my bachelor's thesis, I'm conducting a survey on the topic of "emotional Intelligence in virtual Leadership." The aim of this survey is to gain more insight into whether the leader's emotional intelligence is important for building relationships in the virtual workplace.
Prerequisite: This survey is aimed at all employees who work in virtual teams/environment.
Virtual teams/workplace in this context means: you work with your team from different geographical locations and use communication technologies like email and instant messaging (f.e. Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Hangouts etc.) to communicate .
Procedure: This survey is completely anonymous and will take a maximum of 5 minutes. Please read all questions carefully and answer them openly and honestly. There are no right or wrong answers - I'm only interested in your personal perceptions.
