Your tasks and responsibilities
During your 18-month trainee program you will familiarize yourself with our product portfolio and develop a sound understanding of the Bayer business. You will experience how the entire value chain of Bayer is created and preserved as well as how the numbers and the business issues we are faced with, are interlinked. In detail:

• Be actively involved in planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Act as a valued business partner (m/f) to the management and contribute to implementing
business strategies
• Play an important part in steering the business and shaping the future of Bayer
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance, find potential for improvement and
define measures to be taken
• Constantly face new and exciting tasks and challenges while passing through a range of
different stations within Controlling and adjacent functions like Accounting, Auditing and
Finance

Anforderungen: Who you are
• Superior university degree in business economics with focus on controlling and further
scientific fields like accounting, finance, auditing or corporate planning
• First experience through business specific, preferably international internships or studies
abroad
• Knowledge in natural sciences is appreciated
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Flexibility, and mobility for international postings within the Bayer Group
• High degree of commitment as well as ability to take action for continuous improvement
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
